Rules of Play

Please ensure that the rules are followed at all times:

  • Although the play area is monitored by trained staff, children must be supervised by a parent at all times
  • Children must be under 1.45m (4'9") and under 11 years of age to gain admission.
  • NO Food, Drink or Chewing Gum may be consumed in the play area.
  • Only food and drink bought on the premises are to be consumed with the exception of baby food.
  • Children MUST remove shoes before entering the play area. Socks MUST be worn at all times to reduce the risk of foot disease and friction burns on equipment.
  • Jewellery, loose articles or sharp objects such as Badges should be removed. Children wearing spectacles should take extra care.
  • Children must NOT climb up the slide.
  • Children should go to the toilet before going onto the equipment to avoid embarrassing accidents!
  • Children who are clearly unwell should not use the equipment.
  • Smoking is strictly forbidden in-house. If going outside to smoke, children must not be left unaccompanied.
  • Children found swearing, fighting or upsetting other children may be asked to leave the equipment.
  • Management reserves the right to ask children to leave the premises if they are not behaving according to the rules without an option of a refund.
  • Please report any accident or injury to a member of staff immediately.
